Real Estate Broker Donates to Nevada Humane Society

on Behalf of Foreclosure Pets

September 17, 2008 – Ken Wiseman, Broker/Owner of Reno Rancho Realty, has announced that he will pledge $500 per each home he sells in the month of November to the Nevada Humane Society in honor of foreclosed pets. Ken represents several loan servicing companies as the listing agent for bank-owned foreclosure properties and believes that pets are often the biggest victims of the housing crisis. Ken says, “I really appreciate the efforts of NHS in helping rehome abandoned foreclosure pets, as well as their work counseling at-risk homeowners that don’t want to give up their pets. They are making a huge difference to the dogs and cats of Reno/Sparks and I want thank them for that.” Ken will donate $500 for each house sold in November, with a personal minimum donation pledge of $1,000.
