About Carrie McCargar

I am a Broker/Salesperson with 16+ years experience. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and land within the areas of Reno, Sparks, Red Rock, Rancho Haven, Sierra Ranchos, North Valleys, Golden and Lemmon Valleys, Silver Knolls, and Red Rock Valley. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, I enjoy working with people whom like myself, want to live in the country and need that space for animals, horses, and children. Country properties are my specialty.

I'm a Native Nevadan, born in Reno. I grew up in the Rancho Haven and Sierra Ranchos area literally on the back of my pinto pony "Princess". The Rancho Haven, Sierra Ranchos and Red Rock areas are truly special to me. I spent many days riding playing and hiking in the valleys, hills and unique rock formations, while my father was the original broker for Rancho Haven, Sierra Ranchos and Red Rock Estates. I enjoy working with the livestock enthusiast, as I am one myself, as a child I competed in Gymkhana events and Junior and High School rodeos throughout Nevada. After I married a cowboy, I spent some time living on ranches throughout northern Nevada, my husband and I moved back to Rancho Haven in 1989 and have been raising our two sons, daughter and Hereford Cross cattle in this beautiful area.
